Hello everyone, it's been a while, and I assume you have probably figured out the reason for me posting this. I don't care for AI art, as even though it could have been useful as a tool, so much bad faith useage and disrespectful theft of work means I cannot be happy with DA's current direction. And I certainly can't encourage the way they went about 'introducing' this generator behind artists backs, opt in by default, and the way they spoke to arvalis when they tried debating them on it. Yes, they may have walked back on the opt-in/out thing (for external generators), and made it opt out by default, but they didnt even consider asking the community about it and only moved it to opt out by default when people started cancelling cores and walking. While I will not be leaving entirely, (there's too much history on this account), I shall be less active here for a while while I clean up, and likely only pop in to comment on other art for a while. Many of my artworks will be removed (not all of it, my favourites, fancomics, and commission work will stay), though my account will stay active in general for now.

We shall see what happens, but for now, I need a break. It's been a while since we last updated the group journal, so let us just note; Submissions might take a while to approve as we're trying to get used to however DA is doing group management on eclipse (it's very awkward), so if your submission times out, please feel free to resubmit it!
