This is one of my original characters, one of my anthro fox race: the Vulpines.
I'd like to introduce you to Rebel, who's doing one of her ritualistic dances in front of her cave.
The paintings on the exterior wall mean that this is a Vulpine abode, and there are sun and moon markings to show that it's occupied at irregular times, so it'd be best not to enter.
The ones in the interior are her favourite star constellations, radiating from the Planet Slintos below them.
The Vulpines, the Avirans, the Lupines and the Vespans, along with a few other races, live on one of Slintos' twin moons. They live on Ral, whilst the other moon, Sor, is uninhabited.
The dance Rebel is performing is a cleansing ritual, preparing her for a day of hunting. It is reminiscent of Tai Chi in nature, though comparing it to other races' movements in front of a Vulpine would probably earn you a swift bite to the head XD
The web tapestry behind Rebel is a story, in a sense. An extra bead or piece of cloth is added each time she achieves something great.
Rebel herself is snappy in nature, preferring to resort to pummeling someone than to debate quietly with them. But she's a good hunter, so the Vulpine council lets her actions slide, so long as she shares some of her prizes with ill members of the tribe.
She's got an ambition, to see the expanse of a Planet below them; to set foot on Slintos and walk amongst the dragons.
Mostly because she wants to see what they hunt
