NiGHTS of the Nightmaren

This is the picture I showcased at Summer of Sonic this year, in huge poster-o-vision!

It took me several days of work and a lot of patience to get it right. Drawn entirely in SAI, it was pretty hard work since I haven't drawn most of the Journey of Dreams Nightmaren before.

I was playing with the idea of making a border based on the third level 'maren (the little ones you beat up in the levels) but figured that'd make this picture too cluttered, not to mention it'd take far too long to get it done by the deadline.

The border things are representing each of the Nightmaren, and go anti-clockwise. I thought they'd make an interesting way to divide the background up, and bring the focus back onto NiGHTS!

Anyway, I'm super pleased with this picture, and hope you all like it (now I just hope this schedule feature doesn't post it way before it's meant to go up!)
